Fly fishing is a passion for us, and we go whenever we get the chance.  It was our love for fishing with a fly rod and the associations in the sport that we developed along the way that led us to the High Mesa Club.  The idea of the shared ownership allows more people an opportunity of fulfilling the dream of owning property in a world class fly fishing destination.

Imagine being in a drift boat taking you lazily down the river, anxiously waiting for the take on a dry fly or cautiously stalking that big brown while wading the holes with a hopper & dropper rig.  You’ll find plenty of these opportunities on the San Juan. 

Our goal was to find a place that would offer a year round quality experience for the whole family.  Limited opportunity for ownership on riverfront properties and appreciation potential... we have found the perfect place on the San Juan River in New Mexico!  This is where we plan to spend our time and we would like to share our dream with a you!

Don’t be confused…..shared interest ownership is not a time share offering.  Each residence will have a maximum of 10 ownerships interests.  We anticipate some owners requesting multiple interests so there could be less than 10.  Each interest entitles the owner to 5 weeks of use per year on a floating calendar which moves forward 1 week per year.  This allows all owners an opportunity to experience the San Juan during all seasons.  As an owner, you will share title with the other owners as tenants in common.  As a shared interest owner you will receive a full warranty deed for your interest in the property.
